"Smoking kill, Smoker dies younger" and other are the more common words we see on the packet of a cigarette. But we never pay attention to that. "I know it is dangerous to health, but I want release my tension so that's why I am smoking" is a common answer by a smoker to everyone when he or she is asked about.

There is a hill of research on the topic that smoking is not good for health, instead of this the young generation do smoking as a fashion. They know that from lung diseases, mouth cancer to brain damage it is harmful for health, still know body agrees to quit.
There is a new research by the researchers of King's college London, that smoking rots brain by damaging memory, learning and reasoning. The study was conducted of 8800 people over fifty, it also resulted that high blood pressure and being overweight also damage brain, but to a lessor extant.
The scientists involved said that people must be aware of lifestyle could damage brain. They were investigating the likelihood of stroke and brain damage. In the conclusion of the report they said that maintaining a balance diet, regular exercise, balance weight and quiting smoking can make increase your health and life.
